Tinley Park Bobcats are excited for year 2 of  3 on 3 basketball league starting in early August and ending in early October.

3 on 3 basketball provides young athletes the avenue to try and use their newly learned skills in a half-court game situation. With only 3 players on the court, the players quickly learn to participate and engage during this time.  We believe that a player's long-term development with skills in a game situation can take place and grow significantly during 3 on 3 play. Our goal of the 3 on 3 leagues environment will be a fun on court experience that provides opportunities for boys and girls to engage in play and foster skill development. This league will give players the opportunity to play the game they love without the pressure of having to play perfect basketball.

 Bobcats are excited to bring 3 on 3 basketball to Tinley Park. Below are some details about the program starting late summer.

Registration begins soon and ends on July 1st. 
Program cost is $165.00 per player + $80.00 raffle tickets/fundraising for Bobcats organization
The registration fee will include reversible  jersey

Important dates and details of the League:

1. There will be an evaluation date in late July that all players are asked to attend. 
2. The League will start practices the week of August 5th.
3. The goal is to have four coed divisions: 1st-2nd grade, 3rd-4th grade, 5th-6th grade and 7th-8th grade.
4. The league will consist of 9 weeks, we will aim for two practices per week and games on Saturday.
5. The league will end the weekend of October 5th.
6. Please consider volunteering to coach, this is an all-volunteer program and parental participation helps to keep us moving forward. Coach Michelle will help with practice plans, share basketball resources and assist with this being a great learning experience for all involved. We will help you learn the basics and you will help to make more core memories with your child.
