Recreational Sports Programs
The deadline for refund requests is the first of the month in which program practices begin.
All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
Late fees are non-refundable.
Requests received after the deadline will only be issued for medical or relocation reasons AND with Tinley Park Bobcats Board of Directors approval. Refund requests submitted after the deadline are subject a $20 processing fee and net of all costs already incurred (uniforms, etc).
Travel Sports Programs and Competitive Cheerleading
NO REFUNDS will be given for any travel sports programs or competitive cheer programs. See the Travel Sports & Competitive Cheerleading Protocol / Bylaws at www.tinleyparkbobcats.org for more information.
